Brent Meade - About Us

This website is provided primarily for the benefit of members of the Brent Meade Home Owner's Association.  The Brent Meade HOA serves homes in the Brent Meade subdivision of Brentwood, Tennessee.  All home owners in Brent Meade, along with their family members, are invited to become users of this site.  However certain features (such as the neighborhood directory and HOA administrative documents) will only be made available to the Brent Meade home owners who are in good standing with respect to their HOA annual dues payment. 

If you are logged into this site with a valid user account but do not see a Directory option under the Members menu, that indicates that the HOA has not received your dues payment for the current year.  Please contact the HOA Treasurer to verify whether your payment is due. 

If you are a realtor, title agent or other person needing to determine whether a home is in good standing with respect to HOA dues, please contact treasurer@brentmeade.com
